Samsung போன்ல பொதுவாக சில செட்டிங்ஸ் அல்லது சிஸ்டம் காரணங்களால தான் வரும். ஒன்றாக பார்ப்போம் 👇

🔍 முக்கிய காரணங்கள் & தீர்வு

1. Silent / Vibrate Mode தானாக மாறுது

சில நேரம் Notification panelல தவறுதலாக Silent mode ஆகிடும்

👉 Settings → Sounds → Sound mode check பண்ணுங்க (Sound modeல இருக்கணும்)

2. Do Not Disturb (DND) ON ஆகுது

DND enable ஆகிட்டா calls/ringtone வராது

👉 Settings → Notifications → Do Not Disturb → OFF பண்ணுங்க

👉 Schedule enable பண்ணியிருக்கீங்களா check பண்ணுங்க

3. Volume குறைவு அல்லது Auto adjust

Media/Call volume low இருந்தா சவுண்ட் வராது

👉 Volume button press → எல்லா sliders-யும் check பண்ணுங்க

4. Ringtone file issue

நீங்கள் set பண்ணிய ringtone file corrupt ஆக இருந்தா அல்லது delete ஆகிட்டா, phone default-க்கு மாற்றும்

👉 Settings → Sounds → Ringtone → புதிய ringtone select பண்ணுங்க

5. App conflict (Cleaner / Booster apps)

சில third-party apps (battery saver, cleaner) settings change பண்ணும்

👉 Recently install பண்ணிய apps uninstall பண்ணி try பண்ணுங்க

6. Bluetooth connect ஆகுது

Bluetooth earphone/car connect இருந்தா sound அங்கே போயிருக்கும்

👉 Bluetooth OFF பண்ணி check பண்ணுங்க

7. Software bug

Update இல்லாம இருந்தா glitch வரும்

👉 Settings → Software Update → Update availableனா update பண்ணுங்க

8. Safe Mode test (important)

Third-party app problemனா safe modeல தெரியும்

👉 Power button hold → Power off → “Safe Mode” select

👉 அந்த நிலையில் ringtone சரியா வந்தா, problem app தான்
